Whilst HairMedics.com only features items which are believed and/or demonstrated to assist in combating hair loss, skin care, beauty and for assisting in general hair care, no warranty can be given as to the extent of effectiveness of a particular item for an individual person. 

HairMedics.com shall supply upon request proof of despatch of your goods. Items not delivered within a reasonable time period will be re-despatched without charge (please note we cannot be held responsible for customs delays in your own country). 

Because of the personal nature of many of our items we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened and/or partly or fully used unless expressly detailed on the information page of the product concerned. In the case of a medical item, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the item(s) has been dispensed. Nothing in this condition affects your statutory rights. 

Subject to the above, a full refund (excluding return shipping costs ) will be promptly given by HairMedics.com for any product returned within 30 days to the address shown on the contact page of this site. We recommend recorded delivery service.

Our items are dispatched from a variety of countries. Delivery times will therefore vary but will usually be between 3 and 16 days. You are responsible for complying with your country's importation and customs regulations and understand that HairMedics.com cannot be held responsible for any delays, charges or withholdings caused by customs control.
